Posts: 29 (03/26/07 10:40:29) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts	Tags : None i can't find my holiday stuff. i'm not sure exactly when it really went missing because i have uninstalled and reinstalled my game several times since i downloaded the holiday stuff pack. i backed up my downloads folder, my neighborhoods and all that stuff pretty much everything in the sims2 folder in my documents. i remeber 1 time using the ea dowloader which i had saved to an external hardrive (because i also got a brand new computer) and it worked the last time (which was a while ago) i had to reinstall everything. now it doesn't work at all and i can't find anything about it because i think it redownloads it from the internet. i remember my password and username and everything but i can't find it anymore... if anyone could help me with this problem in anyway please let me know. thank you!

But if you have backed up everything from within your game, then you must have it somewhere. Do you backup by burning it onto CDs or DVDs? This is the best way to save things. I burn all my stuff to DVDs, as they hold more. As to why you probably can't download from the site anymore. Well I think they have a time limit or number of times that you can download the item. Not sure though. I do know they only have the Holiday Pack available for a limited time, for just around the holidays. You could email EA & find out more. I bought my Hoilday Stuff Pack from my local EB Games store. I'd left it a bit late, but I did manage to find one recently. Just installed it before I got Seasons & now I just installed Celebrations. So I've added 3 of them really close together. Sorry that I couldn't be of more help to you. But I'm sure the company can sort it out for you. Though I think they would probably prefer, that people save copies of their online buys to CDs & not keep having to redo it. These files are quite large after all. Good luck SEJ
